01Support
Write from the email address on your account. It saves us a message asking you to prove who you are.
Always include your username.
For a payment question, include the date and the amount.
For a suspended account, say plainly what your situation is. If you share a computer or an internet connection with somebody else who uses the site, tell us. That is normal and it is far better said up front.
02For businesses
If a deposit has not been credited after a day, send the transaction hash, or the FaucetPay email you paid from, and the amount.
If a campaign was rejected and you disagree, reply with the campaign number.
03Things we cannot do
We cannot get back a payment sent to a FaucetPay address you typed wrong. Once it is sent it belongs to whoever owns that address, and neither we nor FaucetPay can pull it back.
We cannot tell you when new tasks will appear. That depends only on businesses paying for them.
We cannot restore a balance on an account closed for cheating.
